Hi!
I'm Rebekah -
A mother of two who stepped into the world of birth work after experiencing firsthand how much preparation changed outcomes for my family in birth.
As I went through the certification and curriculum creation process to become a Childbirth Educator, myself, I was struck by how great the need is to bring a biblical worldview to bear on our experiences in birth.
In everything from the pain and uncertainty, to navigating different models of care and making complex decisions, true preparation for childbirth requires a strong foundation deeply rooted in God's Word.
Made New Birth's curriculum provides exactly that.
I see birth as an opportunity to further share and celebrate the Gospel message: that sin is our great problem and faith in Jesus is the only solution.
I advocate for and include deeply practical preparation that doesn't shy away from challenges in birth.
The best birth preparation should honor God's design as good, purposeful, and essential to healthy births.
I work with moms who are looking for wholistic, deep dive, and meaningful equipping for birth, regardless of their chosen birth location or model of care.
In class we celebrate God's design, work to eliminate fear about birth and put the power of decision-making and stewardship back in your hands where it rightfully belongs.
I've served over 50 families with comprehensive childbirth education and in that time one thing has remained abundantly clear: empowered and educated parents make peaceful, joyful and healthy births.
